• Payment to accompany order. Visa, Mastercard, or money orders accepted.
• Allow 6-8 weeks for orders not in stock.
• Always specify American size when ordering. If unsure of order size please mail us a traced outline of your feet.
• Specify width - Narrow, Medium, or Wide, and any other fitting concerns.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Shipping and GST charges are added to the price. GST not applicable outside of Canada.
• No Refunds or Exchanges on special orders.

Exchange Policies

• No Refunds
• Product may be exchanged within 15 days with receipt, not worn, and in the original box.
  Worn or soiled dance shoes/boots may not be returned for exchange.
• Manufacturers warranty guaranteed against a defective product for 30 days from date of purchase.
• Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
• For your protection, please insure shipment. Credit can not be given on lost merchandise.

Maintenance of your Dance Boots and Shoes

Evenin' Star Pro Dance Boots and Ballroom Dance Shoes must fit snug, so you can maintain proper balance on the dance floor. Brush suede soles regularly with a suede brush to keep them free of wax buildup from dance floors. Wax and dirt buildup on suede soles makes boots and shoes slippery and therefore causes soles to wear sooner. Dance boots and shoes should not be worn outdoors as long as you are using them as dance equipment. Dance boots and shoes are handmade, balanced, suede soled and especially designed for dancing. They are a necessary part of your dancing and will enhance and make your dancing more enjoyable.
